You don’t have to physically base your business in the incubator in order to make use of ilab’s incubation services. However, if locating your business in the incubator for a limited period of time will help, ilab can offer flexible office accommodation to get you started.

To make your life easier, we offer flexible month-by-month agreements, with no need to sign a long-term lease. You can also increase or decrease the amount of space you lease to meet the needs of your company (within reason and subject to availability, of course).

You can choose from self-contained offices suitable for up to four people, or open plan ‘pods’ for one-man-bands or small teams. Both options come with the following:

• Fully furnished with desks, chairs and storage
• High speed internet access via microwave link to ISP; up to 100Mb/s
• Secure server room
• 24 hour swipe-card access to premises
• Monitored security system
• Black & white and colour printers, photocopier, fax, scanner, binding equipment
• Direct phone lines with voice mail
• Mail address with post office box
• Use of conference room, AV equipment and meeting rooms
• Use of kitchen
• Secure car parking (subject to availability).
